Signs and Symptoms of Snake Bite (Envenomation)

 

          Paired fang marks or a single mark or scratch may be seen

          Headache

          Nausea and vomiting

          Dizziness and blurred vision

          Abdominal cramps and pain

          Confusion and collapse

          Difficulty in speaking, swallowing or breathing

          Facial or limb weakness and paralysis

          Fitting, collapse, and loss of consciousness

          Respiratory and/or cardiac arrest
